It depends on the sale price. Check payouts range from 30% (items under $30) up to 60% (items $400+). If you choose store credit instead, you earn 10% more in each tier — between 40% and 70% of the sale price.

No, we will pay you after the items sell via check or store credit.

Payouts are issued monthly, but only once your account balance reaches at least $30.

Store credit earns you a higher percentage and never expires. You can check your balance by visiting the store in person or calling during business hours. In the coming weeks, you will be able to access your account online, also.

WGE staff have full discretion over pricing. Items are not priced at drop-off. We will consider discussions surrounding higher ticket items.

Yes. High-volume items are marked down 10% every 30 days they remain on the floor, up to a maximum discount of 30%. At the end of each season, there is a sale (30% then 50%) sale that you may opt out of by picking up your items beforehand.

You must pick them up by the last day of the sale. Any items left unclaimed become the property of WGE after the sale ends and they are re-homed.

WGE runs two seasons: Spring/Summer (April–September) and Fall/Winter (October–March). These seasons help determine the types of items we will consign. Example (XC Skis in the Winter, Gravel Bikes in the Summer.)
